Wine Rack Guide is published by SOMM DIGI. This page explains what the site collects and what it is used for.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, no login, and no newsletter sign-up. We do not ask you for your name, address or payment details, and we never see them.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which links are clicked. It records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We do not use the data to identify individual visitors.

Affiliate links

Outbound links to retailers are affiliate links. When you follow one, the retailer may set a cookie to attribute a resulting purchase to this site. That cookie is set by the retailer, under their privacy policy, not ours — Amazon's is on the Amazon website, and the same applies to any other retailer linked here.

We record that a link was clicked and which retailer it pointed to. We do not receive any information about what you buy beyond aggregate commission reports from the retailer.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, we do not run advertising networks on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will continue to work normally. If you are in the EU, UK, or a US state with a comparable privacy law, you can ask us what data relates to you and ask for it to be deleted.
